Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide the best experiences for all our guests. If you need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Clients who no-show for their appointment will be charged the full service amount and will be unable to book future appointments until the fee is paid in full.
